The game on PC (all packs installed) is only ~166GB at the moment. I think you might have some unnecessary data packs installed, or the PS5 is screwing up and counts data packs from Modern Warfare/Warzone and/or the PS4 version of Cold War as part of the game.

God of War 2018 is finally coming to PC on January 14, 2022, with a wide range of improvements that will make this version the best-looking one by a mile. Not that the game looks ugly on PS5 and PS4, it's just that the PC version seems to be pushing the visual fidelity one step above.
