AC odyssey is a very demanding game and it gets me 100 FPS ONLY on my top of the line PC that has a RTX 3080 at 1080p Ultra settings. GTX 1650 will only get you around 60 FPS with a mix medium/ low settings. There also seems to be a CPU bottleneck, cuz that CPU is very old and it only supports slow memory/ RAM.
