Standard jumper cables are usually #4 and rated for 200 amp or so. This thing might jump a Honda 50 or something, but trying to jump start a big twin would be a laugh. Now if you connect the two bikes together, one running at a fast idle and let it surface charge the low battery, for a half hour or so, you might make it work.
