As you note, the reliability issues associated with the Fiesta platform as a whole are from the PowerShift transmission. Fiestas with manual transmissions have no real significant reliability issues. As others have mentioned, the only common failures are the blend door actuators. Mine just went the other day just short of 49,000 miles for example. gnps.
