Permissions and credits. Not much to say other than I believe this is one of the first gang environment mods for San Fierro. Graffiti is for a SAMP Norteno Gang in Juniper Hills. Another Graffiti/Environment mod I did for a SAMP faction back in the mid 2010s.
How do I install/uninstall this mod? Extract the provided .zip file to any folder on your Windows computer (for example, your Downloads folder), then copy-and-paste the 'Gameface' folder to the folder where Grand Theft Auto San Andreas - Definitive Edition is installed, pasting it into the main folder.
